We always want you to have a great experience with Worthyness. As a business owner, you have full control over approving any cashback offer that a customer submits. Once a cashback claim has been submitted, you have 72 hours to dispute the claim. If you dispute the claim, the customer cashback charge will not be processed until a resolution is made or the claim is denied/cancelled.

All Charges/Sales Final:

As a business user, once the 72 hour approval process ends, your card will immediately be charged the amount for the cashback offer being claimed. There are no refunds given after your card has been charged.
